Production
The wine originates from the steep slopes of Oppenheimer Goldberg in Rheinhessen, a site known for producing expressive, mineral-inflected wines. Trockenbeerenauslese is made only from highly concentrated grapes affected by noble rot and selected individually at harvest. The grapes are pressed gently to extract their concentrated juice before fermentation, with the wine’s natural sweetness and acidity preserved through the careful cellar work traditionally associated with this rare Prädikatswein category.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled, around 10–12°C, allowing its mature aromas and intricate sweetness to unfold. It is a natural partner for pâté, foie gras, blue cheese and refined fruit-based desserts, particularly those featuring apricot, apple or citrus. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or contemplative after-dinner wine.
