Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in appearance, this Barbera opens with aromas of ripe red berries and darker wild berries, followed by an expressive smoky character. On the palate, the wine is focused and energetic, balancing generous fruit with a distinct mineral salinity attributed to the area’s pale stones. Its structure, clarity and freshness make it enjoyable now, while careful cellaring over the next few years should allow the flavours to develop further.

Produced from 100% Barbera grown in the Langhe, this organic red wine reflects the region’s distinctive white, stony soils, which contribute a marked mineral and saline character.
