Tasting Notes
Bright and pale in appearance, the wine opens with delicate aromas of pear, white peach, green apple, citrus and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with juicy orchard fruit balanced by crisp acidity and a fine, chalky mineral texture. The finish is clean, energetic and surprisingly long for such an approachable wine. Although it is especially appealing in its youth, the wine’s balance and concentration should allow it to develop gracefully over the next few years, gaining additional texture while retaining its freshness.
