Tasting Notes
The wine typically shows a bright golden color with a persistent, fine mousse. On the nose, expect elegant layers of citrus peel, green apple, white flowers, brioche, and subtle nutty notes from aging. The palate is crisp and structured, balancing tension with a creamy texture. Flavors of lemon, pear, toasted almond, and chalky minerality unfold into a long, dry finish. Thanks to its vintage depth and firm structure, it has excellent aging potential and will continue to develop complexity over time.
