Feudi San Gregorio Rosato is a fresh, elegant rosé from Campania, made from the region’s noble Aglianico grape. Produced by Feudi di San Gregorio, one of the leading names in southern Italy’s modern wine renaissance, it combines vibrant fruit with the mineral freshness and distinctive character of its origin. The 2025 vintage is an expressive choice for relaxed drinking and versatile food pairing.

Tasting Notes
Pale pink in appearance, this rosé opens with inviting aromas of ripe red berries, wild strawberries and delicate floral notes, complemented by a fresh, lightly citrusy character. On the palate, it is crisp and fruit-driven, with lively acidity, a smooth texture and a clean, refreshing finish. Its elegance and balance make it especially enjoyable in its youth, when the bright fruit and freshness are at their most expressive.

Production
Made from Aglianico grown in Campania, the wine reflects the grape’s ability to produce rosés with both freshness and structure. After careful vinification, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 16–18°C, helping preserve the wine’s vibrant aromas and delicate fruit. It then rests for four months in stainless steel tanks before bottling, without oak influence, to maintain its pure and refreshing style.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its fresh fruit and lively acidity pair beautifully with seafood, grilled prawns, sushi, salads, tomato-based dishes, light pasta, pizza and delicate white meats. It is also an excellent match for antipasti and Mediterranean cuisine. Decanting is not necessary; simply chill and serve directly from the bottle.
