Production
Made in Trentino-Alto Adige, this rosé comes from vineyards owned by the Lunelli family, where the alpine terroir and significant day-to-night temperature shifts help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified using the traditional Metodo Classico, with extended lees aging to build texture, complexity, and harmony.

This is an excellent match for refined dishes such as salmon, tuna tartare, shellfish, risotto with seafood, or delicate poultry preparations. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C, and consider brief decanting only if desired for larger formats, though it is generally best enjoyed straight from the bottle to preserve its finesse.
