Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant salmon-pink hue with copper reflections and a fine, abundant perlage. The nose is elegant and layered, with delicate hints of rose hip jam and citrus joined by spicy and mineral nuances. The palate is vibrant and precise, combining lively intensity with a fresh, tangy edge that gives the wine impressive lift and persistence. Production
Made in Trentino-Alto Adige under the Trento DOC designation, this rosé is produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in the cool mountain vineyards of the region. The terroir’s altitude and alpine climate help preserve freshness, acidity, and aromatic finesse, while the Pinot Noir contributes depth, tension, and lively character. After traditional bottle fermentation, the wine spends at least 10 years on the lees, building complexity, texture, and aromatic nuance.

This is a versatile and gastronomic sparkling wine that pairs beautifully with fine charcuterie, seafood, salmon, tuna tartare, roast poultry, truffle dishes, and aged hard cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open carefully and allow the wine a few moments in the glass to fully express its aromatics.
