Crafted in Trentino–Südtirol, Feral Nr. 2 White draws on the Alpine foothills’ cool climate and clean agricultural environment, ideal for cultivating high-quality roots and botanicals. Organic white beet is harvested at optimal ripeness to capture both its sweetness and earthy complexity, then juiced and fermented to build natural acidity, texture, and savory depth without alcohol. Ginger, allspice (piment), and juniper berries are carefully infused to create a layered aromatic profile, with fermentation and maceration managed gently to preserve freshness and color while achieving a naturally balanced, zero-alcohol drink.
