Famiglia Pasqua Valpolicella 2025 is a fresh, well-structured red from Veneto, made with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina. It reflects the character of Valpolicella and celebrates Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine’s family heritage, which dates back to 1925.

Tasting Notes
The wine offers aromas of blackcurrant and raspberry, followed by a clean, rounded palate with lively freshness and balanced structure. Its fruit-forward style is enjoyable young, while the producer notes a potential to age for five to ten years.

Production
Sourced from Valpolicella in Veneto, the wine is made with an emphasis on sustainable vineyard practices and regional character. The grapes are harvested in mid-September, crushed and macerated for eight hours at 10°C. Fermentation lasts around 10–12 days, with regular pump-overs to encourage the extraction of colour and aromas. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for several months in barrels.

Food & Serving
Pair it with tomato-based pasta, grilled sausages, roast chicken or a selection of medium-aged cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C; the producer recommends decanting for about an hour before serving.
