Produced by the historic Erste + Neue estate, founded in 1900, it brings together tradition and innovation in a wine that feels both classic and fresh.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow in the glass with subtle green reflections, it immediately signals freshness and precision. The nose is delicate and inviting, with apple leading the way, supported by clean, cool aromas that reflect its mountain origin. On the palate, it is linear and elegant, with lively freshness, a mineral edge, and a balanced, easy-drinking profile. Aging potential is best suited to the short to medium term, when its crisp fruit and freshness are at their most expressive.

Production
Made from 100% Pinot Bianco grown in Alto Adige, a terroir known for its cool Alpine influence, excellent diurnal shifts, and mineral soils that help preserve acidity and aromatic clarity. The grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks under protective, oxygen-free conditions, then matured on fine lees to add subtle texture and depth without losing the wine’s clean, precise style.

Food & Serving
A versatile match for light dishes such as seafood, grilled white fish, risotto, asparagus, fresh salads, and mild cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
