Domini Veneti Lugana Collezione Pruviniano 2025 is a fresh, aromatic white wine made from Trebbiano di Lugana, expressing the distinctive mineral character of its glacial clay-and-limestone origins. From a collection rooted in the cooperative heritage of Cantina di Negrar, founded in 1933, it offers a focused taste of Lugana from the Veneto.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw-yellow with greenish highlights, it opens with delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit and subtle floral notes. The palate is dry, fresh and medium-bodied, with a harmonious finish and clearly defined mineral tension. Its stainless-steel ageing is intended to preserve freshness and varietal character, so the wine is best enjoyed while its lively profile is at its most expressive. No specific bottle-ageing potential is provided.

Production
The vines grow at around 50 metres above sea level in glacial-origin clay-limestone soils, under a microclimate suited to ripening Trebbiano di Lugana. The 20–30-year-old vines are trained using a modified Veronese pergola system, and the grapes are harvested from mid- to late September. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must ferments without skins at controlled temperature; maturation in stainless steel preserves freshness, followed by protein and tartaric stabilisation.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, with freshwater fish, shellfish, grilled white fish, light pasta dishes or fresh cheeses. Its crispness and mineral finish also make it a natural aperitif. Decanting is not necessary; open shortly before serving.

Domini Veneti is the wine label of Cantina di Negrar, a cooperative founded in 1933 and closely associated with the Veneto wine landscape. Its Pruviniano Collection reflects a cooperative tradition of showcasing local vineyards and their character. The wine is made under the direction of oenologists Daniele Accordini and Fabio Zordan.
