Domaine Rabasse Charavin Cuvée Laure Blanc 2025 Bio

Domaine Rabasse Charavin Cuvée Laure Blanc 2025 is an organic white from the sunlit southern Rhône, where Clairette and Roussanne bring freshness, floral character and a gently rounded texture. Named for Laure Couturier, who joined the family domaine in 1993, it reflects a winemaking tradition that stretches back to 1880.

Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass, the wine opens with aromas of ripe pear, white flowers and citrus, with hints of peach and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is dry and harmonious: Clairette lends a lively freshness, while Roussanne adds a softer texture and fuller feel.

Production
The grapes come from mid-slope vineyards in the southern Rhône, between Cairanne, Rasteau and Violès, where warm sunshine is tempered by the drying mistral. The Clairette vines are around 15–20 years old, and average yields are approximately 35 hectolitres per hectare. The grapes are pressed directly after harvest, and the wine is aged in enamel-lined tanks to preserve its fruit and freshness without oak influence. Enjoy it young to appreciate its vibrant aromatics.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at around 8–10°C with grilled fish, seafood, roast chicken or vegetable dishes with herbs. Its rounded texture also suits soft cheeses. Decanting is not necessary; simply open shortly before serving.

Domaine Rabasse Charavin is a family-owned estate based in Cairanne, with six generations of winemaking history since François Rabasse established the property in 1880. Today, the family farms around 45 hectares across Cairanne, Rasteau, Violès and Travaillan. Its vineyards are organically cultivated, and the estate is also HVE-certified, reflecting its commitment to responsible farming and expressing the character of its grapes and sites.
