Domaine Joseph Roty’s 2023 Bourgogne Blanc Côte d’Or brings together Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay from parcels in Gevrey-Chambertin and Marsannay. Its ripe stone-fruit character is balanced by a fresh, lively edge, with 18 months of oak maturation adding depth.
