Description

Made from 50–110-year-old Melon de Bourgogne vines, Domaine de la Pépière’s Cru Clisson is a distinctive Muscadet shaped by a small, granite-rich parcel. The domaine has vinified these grapes separately since 2005, allowing the site’s mineral character and the old vines’ depth to take centre stage.

Tasting Notes
The nose brings exotic fruit, notably pineapple, alongside pronounced mineral spice, herbal notes and a subtle hint of curry. On the palate, lively freshness meets a fine, creamy texture, with elegant balance and a long, mineral finish supported by fresh yet mature acidity. Production
