Production
The Sauvignon Blanc comes from Pouilly-sur-Loire, where the vines grow in clay soils and are farmed according to organic and sustainable principles. The grapes are gently pressed in stages, then fermented under temperature control for three weeks to preserve aromatic precision. The wine is matured on selected fine lees, adding texture and balance while retaining its freshness.
