Tasting Notes
The nose is pronounced and layered, with candied lemon, bergamot and white peach alongside darker notes of cocoa and toasted coffee. On the palate, lively freshness meets a silky texture, finely judged acidity and subtle bitter and umami nuances. A saline, lightly iodine-like finish lends precision and impressive length.

Production
