A rare Dom Pérignon Rosé from the 1990 vintage, presented in a gift box. Released as an Oenothèque bottling, it offers a mature expression of this prestigious Champagne, with a distinctive, richly layered character.

Tasting Notes
The bouquet is complex and warm, with exotic notes of papaya, candied orange, curry leaves and sweet spices, rounded out by marine and toasted nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rounded and generous, with a tactile, savoury quality. As a mature vintage, it is best enjoyed now rather than held for extended ageing.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled, around 10–12°C, with dishes that can match its mature, savoury complexity: roast poultry, lobster, seared scallops or aged hard cheeses. Decanting is generally unnecessary; open carefully and allow the Champagne a little time in the glass to reveal its aromas.
