Presented in a gift box, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012 is a distinguished Champagne made only in years when the harvest meets the house’s exacting standards. Despite a challenging growing season, the warm, dry late summer helped produce a vintage celebrated for its freshness, depth and poise.

Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass, it opens with ripe green apple, pear and citrus, followed by hints of toast, nuts and mineral notes. The palate is full yet precise, balancing lively acidity and a creamy texture with stone fruit, citrus and gentle spice, leading to a long, elegant finish. Enjoy it now for its vibrant character, or cellar it for up to around 15 years to allow further complexity to develop.

Production
The 2012 blend brings together Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in a carefully judged, near-even balance. After the first fermentation, the wine undergoes its second fermentation in bottle and is aged for at least eight years before release. Specific vineyard and harvesting details are not provided.

Food & Serving
Serve at 8–10°C as an aperitif or alongside shellfish, fish and delicate poultry dishes. Decanting is generally unnecessary; serve directly from a well-chilled bottle, using a tulip-shaped Champagne glass to let the aromas open.
