Cusumano Angimbé 2025 is a bright, contemporary Sicilian white that brings together the freshness of Chardonnay with the local character of Inzolia. Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a pale straw color with lively brightness. The nose is fresh and inviting, with notes of citrus, white flowers, stone fruit, and a subtle hint of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is crisp and supple, balancing ripe fruit with refreshing acidity and a clean, mineral-driven finish. The blend gives the wine both approachability and a touch of texture, making it easy to enjoy young while still retaining enough structure to feel well-composed. Best enjoyed in its youth, when its freshness and aromatic lift are at their most expressive.

Production
Angimbé is produced in Sicily, where warm sunshine and cooling sea breezes help preserve freshness in the grapes. The Chardonnay and Inzolia are harvested to capture both aromatic ripeness and natural acidity, then vinified with a focus on maintaining purity, fruit clarity, and balance. The result is a modern Sicilian white that highlights the character of the region’s climate and terroir.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to showcase its freshness and aromatic precision. It pairs well with seafood, shellfish, grilled white fish, light pasta dishes, salads, and soft cheeses. Decanting is not necessary.
