Made by the Schneider family in Eguisheim, this Crémant d’Alsace combines the region’s lively freshness with the finesse of traditional-method sparkling wine. Its blend of 60% Pinot Blanc (Auxerrois) and 40% Chardonnay, followed by extended ageing on the lees, brings a fine mousse and creamy texture.
