Production
The Chardonnay comes from vineyards in Adro, with fruit from different parcels contributing to the blend. After gentle pressing and cool static settling, the must ferments in stainless steel, with partial malolactic fermentation. The wine matures for seven months in stainless steel and barrels, then undergoes a second fermentation in bottle and spends 30–36 months on its lees before disgorgement and Brut dosage.
