Made in Champagne by Clandestin Champagne, it combines precision, tension, and subtle complexity, offering a distinctly modern yet terroir-driven style.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose opens with bright red fruit aromas, lifted by delicate notes of fresh bread crust and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it is elegant and focused, with a saline-mineral backbone, lively structure, and a long, clean finish. The Brut Nature style keeps the wine taut and expressive, allowing the character of Pinot Noir to shine through with purity and finesse. It is built for drinking now, but should also hold its freshness well over the next few years.

Crafted in the Champagne region of France from Pinot Noir grown for a Blanc de Noirs expression, this Champagne follows the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle. As a Brut Nature, it is bottled without dosage, highlighting the vineyard character, natural acidity, and the clarity of the fruit. The result is a precise and transparent wine that reflects both site and variety.

Food & Serving
This Champagne works beautifully with oysters, sashimi, scallops, roast chicken, or light dishes featuring mushrooms and fine herbs. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
