Production
Jean Laurent is made entirely from 100% Pinot Noir grown on organically cultivated vines planted on the chalky soils of Celles-sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar. The vines are relatively old, ranging from 20 to 60 years, which contributes concentration and depth to the wine. The chalk-rich terroir and careful vineyard management help preserve freshness and precision, while traditional Champagne vinification methods shape its texture and fine balance.

This Brut Rosé is excellent as an aperitif, but it also pairs beautifully with fish, poultry, and a wide range of cheeses. Serve it well chilled, ideally at 8–10°C, and consider a brief decant only if you want to soften the more expressive red-fruit aromas—though in most cases, opening and pouring straight from the bottle is best.
