Caldaro Müller-Thurgau 2025 is a fresh, aromatic white wine that captures the bright, mountain-fruit style of Trentino-Alto Adige. Made entirely from Müller-Thurgau by Kaltern Caldaro, it offers a charming balance of fragrance, finesse and easy drinkability, rooted in one of northern Italy’s most historic winegrowing areas.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a straw-yellow color with subtle green reflections, hinting at its youthful freshness. The nose is inviting and expressive, with notes of peach, apricot and elderflower, lifted by a soft floral character that makes the wine feel immediately approachable. On the palate, it is juicy and well-balanced, with a fruit-driven profile and a pleasantly lingering finish that invites another sip. Its aromatic style and lively freshness suggest it is best enjoyed young, while the wine still shows its brightest fruit and most vibrant character.

Production
This wine comes from Trentino-Alto Adige, a region known for its cool alpine influence, strong diurnal temperature shifts and excellent conditions for aromatic white varieties. The grapes are 100% Müller-Thurgau and are harvested with the aim of preserving freshness and delicate varietal aromatics, followed by vinification designed to highlight purity, balance and fruit expression.

Food & Serving
A versatile aperitif wine, it pairs well with light starters, fresh salads, seafood, sushi, mild cheeses and delicate white meats. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C; decanting is not necessary, as its appeal lies in its bright, immediate aromatic freshness.
