Brancaia Rosé 2025 is an elegant, organic still rosé made from 100% Merlot in the heart of Tuscany. Tasting Notes
Pale, clear pink in the glass, Brancaia Rosé opens with a fresh, fruit-driven bouquet of wild strawberries and pomegranate, complemented by notes of white peach, apple, lemon and a subtle hint of rose. On the palate, it is delicate yet well structured, with vibrant freshness and a smooth, refreshing texture. The lively finish leaves a clean, invigorating impression. This is a rosé designed to be enjoyed young, when its bright fruit and freshness are at their most expressive.

Production
The Merlot grapes are sourced from selected vineyards between Radda in Chianti and Maremma, where west- and southwest-facing vines grow at moderate elevations in predominantly sandy soils with silt and clay. Warm Mediterranean summers, mild winters, significant diurnal temperature variation and gentle sea breezes help preserve the grapes’ natural freshness. After a very short period of skin contact to achieve the wine’s delicate pink colour, the must ferments at low temperature in stainless-steel tanks. The wine then rests on its fine lees for three months before several months of bottle maturation to harmonise and stabilise its profile.

Food & Serving
Serve Brancaia Rosé well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. It is a natural match for shellfish, lean fish, salads, light poultry dishes and fresh cheeses, and works beautifully as a refreshing aperitif. No decanting is required; simply chill the bottle and serve soon after opening to enjoy its vibrant aromas and crisp finish.
