Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow with delicate greenish highlights, the wine is animated by a fine, persistent perlage. Its bouquet is elegant and lightly floral, with fresh fruit and a clean, harmonious character. On the palate, Extra Brut dryness is balanced by a soft, almost velvety texture. Fresh fruit flavours lead into a rounded, refreshing finish, making this a poised and food-friendly Prosecco Superiore. It is best enjoyed young, while its floral aromas, crisp freshness and lively mousse are at their most expressive.

Production
Produced from 100% Glera grown in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area, this sparkling wine is made using the Charmat method. The second fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks for approximately two months, preserving the grape’s fresh fruit character and creating its fine, persistent bubbles. The wine is bottled at 12% alcohol with an Extra Brut dosage for a notably dry style.

Food & Serving
A versatile aperitif, Audax is well suited to delicate starters, seafood, shellfish and fresh fish dishes. Its dryness and lively acidity also make it a natural match for vegetable-based appetisers and light fried foods. Serve well chilled at approximately 6–8°C. Decanting is not recommended; pour gently into Prosecco or sparkling-wine glasses to preserve the mousse and aromatic lift.
