Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with green reflections, this wine opens with lifted aromas of citrus, white peach, ripe pear, and subtle floral notes, backed by a faint saline edge. On the palate it is crisp and energetic, with lively acidity, juicy orchard fruit, and a clean mineral finish that gives it both focus and length. The Reserva style adds a little more depth and texture than a simple unoaked white, making the wine feel broader on the palate while still remaining refreshing. It is best enjoyed young for its vibrant fruit, though it should hold nicely for a few years if stored well.
