Planted on well‑drained alluvial and Goldridge sandy loam soils, the site yields low‑to‑moderate crops of intensely flavoured Pinot Noir. Grapes are typically harvested in the cool of night or early morning to preserve freshness and aromatic purity, with careful sorting in the winery to ensure only pristine fruit is used. Fermentation usually begins with a cold soak to draw out colour and aroma, followed by a warm fermentation in small tanks to build richness and extract fine tannins. After pressing, the wine is aged in French oak barrels—often with a high proportion of new oak—to impart spice, structure and that signature Belle Glos creaminess, before bottling with minimal fining to retain texture and character.
