Description

Bastian Wolber’s Bourgogne Aligoté Les Fas 2023 is a lively, terroir-focused white Burgundy, offering a fresh expression of the region’s often underappreciated Aligoté grape. Its bright fruit, salty mineral edge and crisp acidity give it an energetic, contemporary character.

Tasting Notes
Pale and bright in the glass, it opens with citrus and green apple, followed by a distinct saline, mineral note. The palate is clean and taut, with crunchy acidity that keeps the fruit lively and the finish refreshing. Its vibrant style is best enjoyed young, while the freshness is at its peak.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, with oysters, grilled fish, seafood, goat’s cheese or a simple herb-flecked salad. Its crisp acidity and mineral character also make it a natural match for aperitif hour. Decanting is not necessary.
