Production
Winemaker Patrick d’Aulan draws on grapes from some of the best Premier Cru vineyards near Reims. The blend is 51% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Meunier and 12% Pinot Noir, and the wine spends 30 months aging in Champagne’s cellars. Harvesting and vinification methods are not specified.

Food & Serving
