Description

A compelling 2023 Premier Cru from Les Plantes, one of Chambolle-Musigny’s celebrated vineyard sites. Intense dark-berry fruit, subtle oak and a fine mineral edge give this Burgundy both immediate appeal and the structure to develop with time.

Tasting Notes
The nose is marked by concentrated dark berries and a discreet hint of oak. On the palate, a velvety texture meets lively, mineral acidity, bringing freshness and balance to the wine’s ripe fruit.

Food & Serving
Serve at around 15–16°C. Try it with roast duck, herb-seasoned lamb, or mushroom dishes, whose savoury flavours complement the wine’s dark-fruited character. A short decant of 30–45 minutes can help the aromas open, though older bottles are best poured gently rather than given a long decant.
