Altemasi Trento Blanc de Noirs Brut 2021 is a refined sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige that showcases the elegance and precision of the region’s classic method style. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, it highlights the finesse of mountain-grown fruit and the distinctive character that has made Trento one of Italy’s most respected sources of premium sparkling wine.

Tasting Notes
It pours a straw-yellow color with golden reflections and a persistent mousse supported by a very fine, continuous perlage. The nose is complex and intense, with ripe peach at the core, layered with subtle notes of almond and white chocolate. On the palate, it is enveloping, beautifully balanced, and impressively persistent. The finish lingers with candied citrus peel and blackcurrant, giving the wine both freshness and depth. While already expressive now, it has the structure to develop further complexity over time.

Produced by the classic method in the mountains of Trentino-Alto Adige, this Blanc de Noirs is made from 100% Pinot Noir, a grape well suited to the region’s cool climate and high-altitude vineyards. The combination of mountain terroir and careful cellar work is designed to preserve finesse, aromatic precision, and the elegant texture that define Altemasi’s sparkling wines.

Food & Serving
This Brut is an excellent match for seafood, sushi, shellfish, delicate white meats, and creamy risottos, as well as aged cheeses and light appetizers. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C, and consider a short decant only if desired after opening; in most cases, it is best enjoyed straight from the bottle to preserve its freshness and fine bubbles.
