Suntory Roku Sakura Bloom Gin

Suntory Roku Sakura Bloom Gin is a limited-edition Japanese gin that combines Roku’s signature botanical balance with the delicate floral character of cherry blossom. Elegant, aromatic and distinctly Japanese, it offers a refined alternative to more traditional London Dry styles.

Aroma & Palate
The nose is fresh and floral, with soft cherry blossom aromas complemented by Roku’s characteristic citrus, green tea and gentle herbal notes. On the palate, juniper provides structure while yuzu and other Japanese citrus bring brightness, followed by subtle floral sweetness and a light peppery spice. The finish is clean, smooth and delicately perfumed.

Distillation & Maturation
Roku is crafted around six traditional Japanese botanicals, including sakura flower and leaf, sencha and gyokuro teas, sansho pepper and yuzu, alongside classic gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander and angelica. The botanicals are distilled separately to preserve their individual aromas before being carefully blended into the finished gin.

Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled neat or over a large ice cube to appreciate its floral detail. It is especially well suited to a delicate Gin & Tonic with a premium neutral tonic and a garnish of lemon peel or cherry blossom, and also works beautifully in a Martini or a light floral highball.

The name “Roku” means “six” in Japanese, referring to the six botanicals that represent the seasons of Japan.
