Korta Katarina Rose 2025

Korta Katarina Rosé 2025 brings a more expressive, Mediterranean character to rosé, made from Plavac Mali grown on the sunlit, steep slopes of Croatia’s Pelješac Peninsula. This native Dalmatian grape gives the wine a distinctive sense of place, balancing ripe southern fruit with refreshing lift.

Tasting Notes
Pale and bright pink in the glass, it opens with aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries and juicy cherries, followed by an elegant floral hint of rose. The palate is dry and refreshing, with fruit and floral notes carried by a fine texture and a touch of depth from the warm Postup terroir. Enjoy it young, or keep it for up to two years from release.

Production
The wine comes from the steep, sun-exposed slopes of the Pelješac Peninsula, where the Mediterranean climate and warm Postup terroir shape Plavac Mali’s ripe, expressive fruit. Details of harvesting and vinification have not been provided.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at 10–12°C. Its dry, lively character suits grilled fish, seafood, summer salads and light Mediterranean dishes, and it also works well as an aperitif. Decanting is not necessary.
