A rare, limited-edition Pošip from Korta Katarina, “The American” is made from a strict selection of grapes grown in Čara on the island of Korčula. Bottled in a run of just 1,900, it offers a richer, more structured expression of this celebrated Dalmatian white grape.

Tasting Notes
It shows a full golden hue, with aromas of fresh citrus alongside baked apple and quince, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and freshly toasted bread. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with lively acidity bringing freshness and balance. Dried apricot and delicate almond linger on the long finish. Enjoy it now, or cellar for up to four years for further development.

Production
