Made from Chardonnay in Chablis’s Grand Cru Grenouilles, this 2025 bottling comes from one of the region’s seven Grand Cru sites. Grenouilles is a particularly small climat, giving the wine a distinctive place among the appellation’s top expressions; the vintage’s specific character will become clearer once the wine is released and tasted.

Food & Serving
Serve at around 10–12°C with oysters, scallops, simply grilled fish or roast poultry. Decanting is not essential; if the wine seems reserved, allow it a little time in the glass or give it a brief airing before serving.
