Aroma & Palate
The aroma opens with notes of toasted oak, vanilla, caramel and dried fruit, accompanied by subtle hints of cocoa and spice. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, with flavours of toffee, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and ripe fruit. A warm, gently spiced finish leaves a lingering impression of oak and sweetness without becoming overly heavy.

Distillation & Maturation
Eminente Reserva 7 YO is crafted in Cuba from a blend of aged rum styles, including rich aguardiente matured for at least seven years. The rum is aged in oak casks, allowing it to develop its deep colour, rounded texture and complex notes of vanilla, caramel and spice. The result is a balanced expression that brings together traditional Cuban rum character and a contemporary, premium style.

Enjoy Eminente Reserva 7 YO neat or over a large ice cube to appreciate its full range of flavours. It also works beautifully in elevated rum cocktails such as an Old Fashioned, Manhattan-style rum serve or a classic Daiquiri.
