Sourced from the cool-climate vineyards of Trentino Alto Adige, it combines floral intensity, spice, and elegant structure in a style that has helped make Gewürztraminer one of the region’s signature grapes.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is immediately alluring, offering classic Gewürztraminer notes of rose petals, blossoms, and gentle spice, all delivered with impressive clarity and lift. On the palate, the wine is fresh yet full of character, with a harmonious balance between aromatic intensity and a refined, elegant texture. Production
This wine comes from Trentino Alto Adige, where the cool Alpine influence helps preserve freshness while allowing Gewürztraminer to develop its full aromatic personality. The grapes undergo a 6-hour skin maceration before gentle pressing, followed by static clarification and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled 18°C. After fermentation, the wine remains for several months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks to build texture and complexity.

A great match for aromatic Asian cuisine, spiced dishes, seafood, soft cheeses, and rich pâtés, as well as grilled prawns or a slightly sweet and savory duck preparation.
