Tasting Notes
The cuvée is known for a restrained, fresh profile, with notes of white peach, pomelo and white currant alongside herbal, smoky and stony mineral accents. On the palate, expect a slender, focused feel, juicy acidity and a lingering finish that balances Riesling freshness with a softer, more rounded note.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, with freshwater fish, shellfish, goat’s cheese or lightly spiced Asian dishes. Its bright acidity and slate-like savouriness also make it a natural partner for simple preparations that let the wine’s freshness show. Decanting is not essential; a short time open in the glass can help reveal its aromas.
