Description

Château Suduiraut 2018 is a richly expressive Sauternes, balancing honeyed fruit with lively acidity and a distinctive citrus lift. The estate is one of the region’s historic properties and was named a Premier Cru in the 1855 Bordeaux classification.

Tasting Notes
The nose is intense and precise, with wild honey, white flowers and quince alongside a pronounced petrol-like note. On the palate, a harmonious opening and well-judged acidity give the wine notable freshness and energy.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled, around 8–10°C. It pairs naturally with foie gras, blue cheese and fruit-based desserts; its freshness also makes it a lovely match for dishes with a touch of spice. Pour straight from the bottle, or allow it a little time in the glass to open.
