Pale straw in the glass with a lively, delicate mousse, this Crémant shows aromas of citrus, green apple, pear and subtle floral notes, often with a light brioche or toasted nuance. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with clean fruit, bright acidity and a dry, balanced finish that makes it feel both precise and easy to enjoy. Its structure gives it enough presence for immediate drinking, while the freshness and fine bubble profile help it remain attractive over the near term. It is best enjoyed for its youthful vibrancy rather than long ageing.

Produced in Alsace, a region known for its cool climate and varied soils, this sparkling wine benefits from conditions that help preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. Crémant d’Alsace is traditionally made using careful grape selection and secondary fermentation in bottle, with the reserve style typically aiming for extra finesse and balance in the final wine.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, to highlight its freshness and refined mousse. It pairs beautifully with oysters, sushi, smoked salmon, light seafood dishes, canapés and creamy cheeses, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. Decanting is not recommended.
