Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at approximately 8–10°C. Its richness makes it an excellent partner for fruit-based desserts, crème brûlée, pâtisserie and blue or mature cheeses; it can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or contemplative after-dinner wine. Decanting is generally not essential, although a careful decant may help separate any natural sediment and allow the mature aromas to open before serving.
