Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby color with garnet reflections that will gradually evolve with time. The bouquet opens with ripe cherry, plum, dried rose, and violet, followed by savory notes of tobacco, leather, Mediterranean herbs, and a touch of spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and layered, with firm yet polished tannins, bright acidity, and flavors of red berries, sour cherry, cedar, and earthy undertones. The finish is long and persistent, and while approachable with decanting now, it has the structure to age gracefully for many years.

Production
Produced in the limestone and clay soils of Montalcino, this Brunello reflects the region’s warm Tuscan climate balanced by cooling hillside influences. The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then carefully vinified to preserve the character of Sangiovese, with fermentation and maceration designed to extract color, aroma, and fine tannins before maturation in wood.

Food & Serving
This Brunello is a superb match for roasted lamb, grilled steak, game, wild boar ragù, and rich mushroom dishes. It is best served at 16–18°C, and decanting for at least 1–2 hours is recommended if opening young, to allow the wine to fully раскрыve its aromas and soften its tannins.
