Domaine Vincent Dauvissat’s 2019 Les Preuses is a finely structured Chablis Grand Cru, combining profound concentration with the appellation’s signature mineral edge. From one of Chablis’s most distinguished vineyard sites, it is a compelling young wine with the depth and acidity to develop in bottle.

Tasting Notes
Pale and bright in the glass, it opens with aromas of oyster shell, orange blossom, iodine, wet stone and freshly baked bread. The palate is full-bodied and deep, yet tightly coiled, with lively acidity and chalky, mouth-coating structure.
