Domaine Vincent Dauvissat’s 2019 Les Clos is a poised, finely detailed expression of one of Chablis’s seven Grand Cru vineyards. Tasting Notes
The nose begins with a restrained, focused impression, gradually revealing subtle notes of grilled almond and walnut. On the palate, a remarkably even texture is carried by a precise thread of acidity, with an airy, almost weightless balance and a finely etched, “pixelated” sense of detail from start to finish. This is a structured, age-worthy Chablis Grand Cru. With careful cellaring, it should develop further complexity over the coming years, while retaining its freshness and definition.

Food & Serving
Serve at around 10–12°C, allowing the wine to warm slightly in the glass. It would pair beautifully with roast or grilled turbot, scallops, lobster, or simply prepared poultry; a brief decant can help open its reserved aromas, though it is not essential.
