Production
Zeltinger Sonnenuhr is one of the renowned vineyard sites of the Mosel, where steep slopes and mineral-rich soils help Riesling retain its characteristic freshness. For a Trockenbeerenauslese, only the ripest grapes affected by noble rot—Botrytis cinerea—are selected, often berry by berry. This natural concentration intensifies the grape sugars, acidity and aromatic complexity, creating a wine capable of decades of development while preserving the elegant structure of Mosel Riesling.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled, around 10–12°C, allowing the wine’s mature aromas to unfold in the glass. It is a beautiful aperitif and pairs especially well with crème brûlée, cheesecake, fruit-based desserts and dark chocolate, while its acidity also makes it a compelling match for blue cheese or foie gras.
