Description
Château Henri Bonnaud Rosé Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire Bio is a beautifully crafted organic rosé from one of Provence’s most prized sites, combining elegance, freshness, and a true sense of place. Made from Grenache Noir and Cinsault grown in the Sainte-Victoire area, it reflects the refined, sun-kissed style that has made Provençal rosé so beloved around the world.
Tasting Notes
Pale, delicate pink in the glass, this rosé is all about finesse and brightness. The nose opens with fresh summer berries, citrus peel, white flowers, and a subtle mineral edge, while the palate is crisp and lively with strawberry, raspberry, and hints of peach, supported by a clean, dry finish.
Its balance of fruit, freshness, and mineral tension gives it a lovely immediate appeal, though it is best enjoyed young for maximum vibrancy. In the right conditions, it will hold its character gracefully for a short period after release.
Production
The wine comes from organically certified vineyards in Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, where Grenache Noir and Cinsault are planted in a natural amphitheatre of limestone and clay. Sheltered by surrounding hills and mountains, the vines benefit from a special microclimate that tempers the Mistral and supports even ripening. After destemming, the grapes undergo a short maceration of up to eight hours before being gently pressed to preserve freshness and the wine’s pale color.
Food & Serving
This rosé is a natural match for Mediterranean cuisine, grilled seafood, fresh salads, Provençal vegetables, sushi, and light poultry dishes. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and no decanting is needed.

Its position in one of Provence’s most distinctive terroirs has helped establish it as a respected name for refined, terroir-expressive wines.
