Made from 100% Grüner Veltliner, this wine comes from selected vineyard sites in Lower Austria, one of the most important regions for the variety. The cool climate and diverse soils help preserve freshness while adding texture and minerality, resulting in a wine that feels both precise and expressive.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled with light salads, fish, shellfish, sushi, or mildly spicy dishes, where its acidity and gentle spice can shine. It is also an excellent aperitif wine and is best served at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary.
