Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a dense, deep garnet color with impressive concentration. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and tightly structured, delivering dark cassis, black cherry, and refined oak framed by firm yet polished tannins. Vinification is carried out with great precision, typically involving parcel-by-parcel fermentation and aging in French oak to preserve structure, purity, and complexity.
