Made entirely from Chardonnay in Beaujolais, this wine comes from one of the region’s very limited white-wine sites, which makes terroir especially important. Beaujolais is best known for red wine, so white parcels are relatively rare and often prized for their ability to produce fresh yet textured Chardonnay with a distinctive local imprint. The wine is crafted to preserve aromatic purity and creamy fruit expression, allowing the variety’s natural breadth to shine.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for richer fish dishes such as roasted cod, halibut, or salmon with a creamy sauce, as well as poultry, shellfish, and dishes with butter or subtle spice. Serve chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, to balance the wine’s creamy texture with its fresh acidity. Decanting is not necessary; a brief opening in the glass is enough to let the aromas unfold.
